Employees work harder when they have an attainable goal to work towards. Opportunities for a promotion, raise or special assignment are likely to keep your staffers engaged. An easy way to turn unhappy workers into more content ones is to recognize the contributions they?ve made for your organization?s benefit. You can reward your employees in a number of ways.
