Assignment Capsule

You will use appropriate analysis and metrics to help build and execute direct-to-consumer sales plans. You will justify media spend from a cost-benefit perspective, growing the customer base through proven direct marketing tactics.


  • Works with business leaders and other direct response associates to set and achieve sales goals in the direct-to-consumer sales channel.

  • Collaborates with creative department in production of direct marketing vehicles targeting the market segment.

  • Analyze reports and provide recommendations for improving direct response sales metrics and new campaigns

  • Assists in continued discussion surrounding best practices for media execution as it applies to acquiring new customers

  • Works closely with the analysis team leaders to achieve accurate and thorough reporting for ease of analysis.

  • Maintains a collaborative relationship with all internal and external partners to continually improve productivity across teams

  • Assist with managing monthly and yearly budgets and sales goals.

  • Collaborates with fellow direct response associates to develop initial and on-going media strategies and test plans designed to achieve lead generation and direct sales goals specific to a market segment.

  • Assists in improving media campaign performance through analysis of response, conversion and sales data maximizing profitable sales to improve the profit picture.

  • Leverages market research and competitive intelligence to help direct strategies and plans.

  • Prepares written and verbal recommendations

  • Coordinates and deploys deliverables focusing on delivering on time, on budget, and on strategy
